The fear of my life

  • Dec. 5th, 2009 at 6:17 PM

"I almost died today.

I touched the sky and and screamed for my life, greatful to be back on the stable earth.
(That of which apparently makes me poetic.)"

That's the message I sent to a friend today after having the scare/thrill of my life.
A friend of mine had recently gotten his flying licence, after many years of being a part of the Air Cadets. On friday I was waiting looking for one of my friends and we were going to head off to the bus stop. Roderick (The pilot boy~) walks by with my other friend and offers a ride around town in his plane.
At first I was like "Flying... hrm... I'll think about it." it didn't really take long for me to change my mind but by then it was a little to late to say anything to him directly. So I decides to message him. He agree'd to take both Brandon and I on the flight. Sadly, no other people decided to show up, haha.
We left at about 9:00 am and got to the landing strip maybe around 9:45 am. We actually couldn't start flying until the other pilot had gotten back but because we arrived a little later than we would have liked too, we didn't have to stand out in the cold as long.
I sat in the backseat of the plane. It was pretty small compared to what my grandpa builds. Rodericks plane could fit up to four people.
The take off was really smooth, considering the fact that there was no wind out or anything like that. We got out headsets on and could speak to each other. Not like I was doing much speaking. I was so nervous it was unbelievable.

This is were I tell you how insane Roderick is.
He was fooling around for the first bit to instill fear in his victims. (ie, Brandon and me)
He would tilt the plane basically on it's side and cause the cabin to jerk back and forth. We had man dips and dives. There was a lot of screaming on my part. I would freak out the most when he made it seem like the engine was stalling and then spiral to the ground, pulling up when it because too dangerous. That boy scared the life out of me.

After he was done doing some insane-ass stunts, we just cruised around for a bit. Something in the cabin broke and he wasn't really sure what it was for, that worried him slightly as well as the fact that there was an air-leak in the cabin. Mostly because a piece of insulation came off of the door before, but he hadn't noticed it and nothing went wrong so it's all good. We ended up landing early because both me and Brandon started to feel a bit sick, since Roderick kept mentioning air-sickness. Pft, bum. After we left, Roderick was driving like a maniac on purpose, which freaked Brandon out more than it did me,. I thought it was funny, especially after his road tourettes kicked in. It's weird though. I'm more afraid of flying, where you can't really hit much of anything, than I am of dangerous driving, where obstacles seem to jump out everywhere. We could be speeding through heavy traffic and it wouldn't really bother me as much as just cruising through the sky. I don't know, it's something about plummeting to my death that scares me... Haha

He had taken us out to breakfast near Joanne's house. <3
The place wasn't so bad. I actually liked it. It's very homey, I'm not really sure what it's called but I know the area pretty well. A friend of mine works there and I haven't spoken to her in a while. This was a very pleasant surprise.

~~~~
On friday, there was a school play going on. "A Doll's House"
Not going to lie, the first little bit of it wasn't that interesting. Maybe about half an hour before intermission did things really start to progress. Me and Brandon just hung around in the back and pointed out some errors. Such as Jimmy locking a door and then magically being able to open it again.
Okay, this was one of the funniest moments I've ever had. I'm pretty good at remembering things, especially after just being there to see it, but there was a guy in the play that had a very short part. What he did was bring the christmas tree out, ask for payment, thank the leading lady and then leave. When all of the cast came out at the end, I stared at him for a moment, looked at Brandon and in all seriousness I asked "Was that guy even in the play?" He burst out laughing and explained to me that he was like, the very first person you see.
Then again, a moment earlier I was talking about another person on set and said "You know, if I didn't already know about her going to St.Pauls, I'd think she was like, nine years old." He shouts out "OH MY GOD, SHE GOES TO OUR SCHOOL!?"
We. Are. Dorks.
After the play we just hung out with Joanne and her friends until they left, as well as Natalie but she left earlier because her mom and dad are fast like ninja's.
Other news, I think I've found somewhere to do my community service in. Huzzah!
Catch you later, I hope you enjoyed the wall of text. :3
The very ass-crack of dawn.
  • Dec. 4th, 2009 at 6:27 AM
That's right!
I am awake at the ass-crack of dawn for no apparent reason. :)
That's not true. I didn't like my grad photo and today is retake day. I decided I should get out of bed early and at least attempt to my make hair managable. Afterall, I will be making some visits back to the school after I graduate. I'm taking the year off before I go to college. I'll be the same age as most people there when they start, so it wont be so bad.
My leadership program started again this year. My friend Joanne keeps poking fun at me because I have a new lady crush this year, har har. Oh Jo, my child, you're lucky I love you.
In recent news, I've been suspended because of my extreme amounts of lates. It's way to early to get suspended already, right? Well you're wrong. <3
Lucky for me, our V.P seems to like me. I came into school late for the suspension and she let me out early. During the time, I had managed to finish two sketches and most of my english work. I'm still catching up though, since that day we "weren't doing anything important", you know, other than work I needed to finish.
I was already behind in some work due to the fact that I had gone to Algonquin College the week before. I missed a lot of important stuff for the three of my classes.
Hopefully, near the end of the week, one of my friends will show me where the soup kitchen is. Then I'll finally get a start on my community service. My goal this year is at least 300 hours of service work before the program ends. I think I have until June. Somebody else said April, but I would rather it be June.
Fack. Dad is awake. I think I'll have to start writing more entries, this keeps my mind occupied and I rather enjoy it.
I'll be removing my old entries, since they aren't really important to me. Just a way of venting.
- See ya
Sexy strangers.
  • Sep. 26th, 2009 at 2:14 PM
Well, on Tuesday, our Rugby practice was basically a two hour long goof-off. We played Sevens with only five people on each team. XD;
Later on, I wanted to kick the ball around and that's basically what I did with Danny, Justine and Nancy. (kinda. She flutters between groups when she deems it is time to do so. That's one of the things I admire about her.)
After all that wonderfulness, the entire team played Jackpot for like, half an hour. The ball bounced off of my head and almost any good catch I could make after that, I chickened out because Peter jinxed me. What a guy. He's one of our coaches by the way. ;D
Anyway. I failed to mention that Fred had left at the begining of practice because he didn't want to stick around if we were doing anything serious. Whatever, that's fine with me.... No, not really. HOW AM I GOING TO GET HOME!? D:
Nancy graciously offered to drive me home, the sweet thing that she is. She needed to give Jastine a ride anyway. My house wasn't exactly in the direction they were going, but I was thankful.
One thing I must say is that it was the most awkward moment of my liiiiiife~
This is after I saw her basically naked. Did I mention I saw Nancy almost naked?! D:
Here's the thing. Nancy and Justine are two of the FOXIEST woment I have ever met in my life. Have you ever heard the phrase "lady on the streets, tramp betweent the sheets"? That basically sums up how they are. Hahah. So, I'm sitting in the backseat of Nancies car as she begins to tell the story about how her mirror got broken off of her car. She was telling Justine about the football player that she was sleeping with at the time and how he managed to break it when he went out to take care of her fish while she was out of town.
Some details in her story could have been left out for the benefit of my innocence, but I doubt I'm ever going to see her the same way again. I just started warming up to her, after she broke me one time before. 0///0
I feel pretty bad though, because after the first time she so bluntly told me she was skipping practice for sex with her ex-boyfriend, I haven't really been able to look at her as the friendly Nancy I first met. Now she is the sexy flirtatious Nancy. It's rather awkward. Before I thought of her this way, things she said were always sexually charged, even if it was a simple hello.
Holy hell. 0///0 When she makes an innuendo I get really blushy. DAMN MY GRAPHIC IMAGINATION~
The way I think/function is by images. I can picture things really easily and it saves people a lot of time by skipping details because I fill in the blanks myself when I picture things happening. Now, imagine being me. Sitting in the back of Nancies car, listening to her talk abut having sex with some guy she doesn't even like that much. Would you be a little shy to talk to her now? I was sitting in the back seat, trying not to make eye contact with either of them, but Justine could sense I was growing more uncomfortable with each passing second. Nancy didn't really take note of it until we were close to my neighborhood and the light caught my face as we turned a corner onto my street. She asked me "What's wrong with you, you look a little distressed?".  Of course I am distressed, you fool! My crazy imagination is, well, imagining you having mindblowingly awesome sex with some guy! -Head/Desk-
Even on the way home, while she was telling her story, she would occaisionally ask me for directions to my house. I would meekly stutter over my words, suggesting that it would be okay if she dropped me off at CollegeSquare. Of course, Justine had to have the worlds moost amazing memory of where I lived and tell Nancy to keep driving.
Damn you, Justine.
This would continue every few blocks to my house.
Nancy would say something weird and then cut herself off "Sorry, Haelie, how far up the road is your place?"
I would look up to see if she was making eye contact with me, thankfully she wasn't. "A few more blocks and around a few corners, butyoucoulddropmeoffhereifyouwouldlike!" At this point, we passed a gas station, which wasn't really close to my house. Probably about a 45 minute walk.
"No, don't worry about it, I'll drive you right to your place."  She would give me a small smile and continued with her story. Justine rested her head in hand as she shifted her body positioning, almost curled into a comfortable ball. I could tell she was trying to get a better look at me from the mirror on the passenger door. I remember this specifically because when we caught each others gaze she had this kind of expression that almost seemed playful and apologetic at the same time. It kind of confused me.
I finally get home, and apologize for making her drive me home. Entering my house, I take a moment to get a drink and try and make the blushing stop.
On thursday, I took it upon myself to express some of this to Justine. She had apologised to me but the damage was done! It will take me a while to warm up to the both of them. For now, I think I'll just try not to acknowledge them. Sounds rude and harsh, but I find that when I ignore people they tend to get drawn back to me. It's weird. I know. Anyway, I was lucky enough that practice got cancelled and I didn't have to see Nancy or anybody else. Although, This week, I'll have to put my awkwardness aside and focus all of my energy to being the best player I can. I should be doing my best for the seniors of my city team and I will be doing my best for the juniors of my high school team.
- Ahh, motivation. Such is life.
For you people who are missing 2PM
  • Sep. 19th, 2009 at 9:27 PM
Yeah, we've all heard about what's going down in 2PM.
Whenever I hear one of their songs, I get a little sad and I think this cover fits the mood perfectly. </3
Enjoy~
SO EFFING PUMPED
  • Sep. 10th, 2009 at 8:19 PM
Tuesday, I made an assisted try MUTHA FUCKA'Z. XD
Saturday I have a game, MUTHA FUCKA'Z. O:
What is my goal? TO KICK ASS MUTHA FUCKAZ!!!!!!
My assisted try was so effing epic. There was a ruck with three girls, the ball was exposed so I swooped in as fast as I could to get it. I ran a good five meters before somebody took out my ankles and I fell to my doooooooom. As I fell, I see the other prop, Jaymie and pop the ball out to her, two steps and there was a try. HOLY SHIT, MUTHA FUCKAZ!
Breakfast adventures.
I got Motha' fuckin' Speacial K in my cereal bowl today. Now, I'm going to tell you that the people who made the bag that the cereal resides in, WANTED ME TO SUFFER. D:
Seriously. I've never had so much trouble with a cereal bag. It refused to open no matter how hard I pulled. Until I opened it from the other end, in which the bag ripped and cereal spilled all over the table. I looked down, glad that some of it at least had the sense to land in my bowl. The bag is ripped awkwardly so now I had to cut the bag up so it will pour easily. Bad idea. If anything, more cereal comes out, faster. Dx
Fuck Special K. Just because I didn't want that fruity type they have. With their... stupid strawberries and shit.
Nyeh. I usually have omelettes anyway. Let's stick with that.
Don't fuck with my cereal.
-Munches-
So much better.
OFSAA: Part two of Three.
  • Jun. 28th, 2009 at 6:40 PM
PART THREEEE CONTINUED
SO!
Now that we all have fake beards and such, it was time to get ready for our final game. Obviously we weren't going to take it seriously. We were even joking around during practice. Fred doesn't usually allow it, but he decided to relax a little. On the way over, we saw an Ofsaa official, that Whately almost decapitated with a clip-board, during our first game with the Grapes.
The official gave our team a kind of "Wtf.." look and said sarcastically to Whately. "Nice moustache". So, Whately points and him and gives him the stereotypical frenchman laugh. "Ohhoh!"
Oh yes. The decapitating. What happend was that Whately was getting a little pissed off about how we were playing. So he whipped his clip board down and it bounced off of the bench, just narrowly missing the officials head.
Everybody on the sidelines was amazed that we weren't punished for it in some way. Yeah... The officials didn't really like us very much after that.
Anyhow, (back to our last game.) we walked to the feild and dropped our stuff for a bit because, yet again the feild was still being used. We saw this gnarley hole in the ground filled with the grossest water I have ever seen.
Sophia pipes up and says "Alright rookies! Since we didn't have an initiation for you guys, you all have to drink from this puddle! Five bucks for the first rookie who actually does it!" Of course, she was joking. Psht, none of us did it.
IT WAS SOOOO HAWT OUT, that during our practice, our mustaches started to come off. ;-;
Of course, we drew them back on. Crazy nutters. >.>;
Kelly had given herself a Toothbrush moustache, better known as the Hitler Stache'. She had to give herself something else because we didn't want to make the officials even angrier. Hahaha. Especially after we were doing our dynamic stretches. We do this thing called Frankenstiens, which is basically the Hitler walk with extra high kicks. Rofls, oh gawds.
Whately was doing our tackling excersizes with us and we got to ruck him over pretty good. We all thought Sophia died when he landed on her. She kind of hurt her collar bone, but she got up and was fine after stretching.
THE TEAM COULD BREATH AGAIN!
It is official that Kim and I are the two most powerful on the team when it comes to take downs and tackles. Whately is pretty big and we can both knock him over, easily. Okay, so the other team shows up and they haven't seen us yet, all the rookies get sent in for the first half of the match and  most of the vets are
kept off.
I would have to say this was the funnest game in all of OFSAA.
At the start of the match, they were calling out their players.
"I've got the tall chick!"
"I've got Blondie!"
"I've got Moustache!" <--- Erm.. Which one, you adorable monkey? >w>
The entire field bursts out in giggles.
Okay, so in the half I played, the rookies really stepped it up. This was our last game and we wanted to show that we can play as well as any other team. We held up the plays, made strong rucks and tackles. Our scrums were a bit facked up, due to the fact that Fred had an idea to send three of the biggest and strongest forwards into the scrum together, without us ever having the experience. I was so used to being with Amy that this change was a little harder to adjust too.
Not going to lie, our scrums were kind of sloppy and uneven. O'hara had never played as hooker before. She was always Loosehead.
Kim was Tighthead and I was Loosehead this time.
The awesome thing about our scrum though was that the other team was effing teffified and amused at the same time. They took line-outs whenever possible. Infact, I think we only had three scrums in the first half.
This team was terrible at passing. At one point, Sophia was stopped dead in her tracks because she was laughing at the way somebody on the other team had thrown the ball. She meant to throw it forward but it went straight into the sky and the play had to be stopped because the ref didn't want an unfair advantage.
Second half rolls around and all the rookies whose positions could be taken over by a senior, were kicked to the sidelines, watching and cheering for our Vets. <3
Whately and Fred took the time to say some things to us rookies.
Fred is kind of awkard about these things and doesn't like to beat around the bush, he came out and said that he wanted me to play for the Indians. To me, this was a great honor, but I need to get a few things out of the way before I go off and join another team. Schedual conflicts for the new school year, things like that.
Whately, since he was going to be leaving and wont be back until after I graduate, took his time and said a lot to me. He, like Fred, really wants me to stick with rugby. He told me that I run with a lot of power and if I had joined the Indians, he wants me to work more on speed. Whately said that I'm abnormally fast for a forward and lots of people wouldn't expect that, so next year, when I join the team, I will become the new Big Mamma.
I laughed to myself when he told me that. He just smiled at me and told me to go grab the water bottles because there was a penalty kick.
There was only like, a bottle and a half left. The girls weren't too happy about that. But oh well.
Bridgette went in for a kick after I was on the sidelines again. It was the most beautiful kick I've ever seeeeeeeeeeen. It was lifted easily off the ground, spiraling into the sky, slowly arching down to the middle of the posts and then the moment was destroyed, as the ball landed and bounced off the posts. We were all in awe for the first part, right until we here thepainful "Pink" sound of the ball making a painful collision.
Not even moments later, Bridgette had gotten pulled onto the sidelines due to an offside tackle that caused her to injure her knee. Again. Fack.
Then, Byranna B got pulled off as well and had to go to the hospital. She had also injured her knee. But she had to go to the hospital for it.
Gah, I was like the nurse on the sidelines. Making sure that Brianna P and Bryanna B were both sitting comfortably and that Bridgette wasn't being bothered too much by the others.
The match had come to an end, it was pretty close though. They had won, but I think we had two tries on them. Whatever, they only were above us by one kick.
The game was over and we were all being really emotional. It was the last time we would play together. The Rugby family was going to be broken apart due to all the graduates on the team. A new one was going to be formed next year but, it just wouldn't be the same. We had all gotten to know each other and share these memories together. I guess we'll just have to do it again next year with the newer crew. We're going to train hard to keep our status as the top team in Ottawa.
OFSAA: Part Three
  • Jun. 26th, 2009 at 9:13 PM
Moar: I'm soooo sorry.
We had two games today and the weather had improved a pretty great deal. It was a little chilly in the morning, but after our warm ups and dynamic stretching exceriszes, we couldn't be bothered with the temperature. I don't know what the hell happend that day but our practice was a little sloppy. Our game, we picked it up a bit, but it wasn't enough to win. There were two injuries. B.Powell had a neck injury and blamed Bailey for it. She was just frustrated that should couldn't play. It's not Bailey's fault that Powell wasn't in tight enough. =/
Anyway. Powell got off and I got pulled off in the last fifteen minutes of the game. It was a possible spinal injury for me, because when I hit the ground all I heard was a loud snap and pain followed afterwards. We still don't know what it was that happend. I had gotten injured in two places. My back and my ankle. When I had been pulled off, my ankle had really started to bother me. So I took off my cleets and socks and noticed that it was roughly around the same size as a baseball. I didn't bother to tell Fred or Whately though.
Why, you may ask? BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO RISK NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY IN THE NEXT GAME. Hahaha.
Stupid, I know. We had of course, lost this game as well. I don't remember much about it, but I do remember that we were all pretty bummed out after this game. So we gathered our stuff and hung out by the Chip Truck, two feilds away.
There was a three hour waiting period until our next game. Not much really happend during the first hour or so. Mostly just complaining and listening to music, being all excited that there was food around. Bridgette and Bailey were listening to music and dancing, so that was kind fun for a while. O'hara was texting Corby at home, who had been nominated for Valedictorian, as well as one of our player, Hannah.
Joho, Kyrstal, Christine and Brittany had all been huddled off in a corner somewhere, freezing. They had a blanket that looked like tin foil. o.o Chelsea took it though. She was spooning with some people. xD I don't remember who, but it was funneh.
Sophia was going crazy because she /Always/ needs something to do.
Everybody else was pretty chill. Eating pizza, setting fire to the plates and stuff. There was another game going on and it turned out to be the Cougers. :3
YAY!
Some of the girls on their team were playing around and accidentally pegged me in the head with their flip flops. xD They gave me a hug to make up for it.
Just for the hell of it, all of us had gotten bored and somebody came up with  the idea of practicing our 13 man line-out.
Basically our entire team was participating in it. IT WAS AMAZING. There is no other way to describe it.
Afterwards, we all made a joke about rucking over the chip truck and grabbing all the free food we could get. Rofls.
We continued practicing the line-outs for a short while until the other teams were done with the feild. So we could have our Fly-half Joanne practice her thow ins. Kind of like how a soccer player would throw in a ball. With all those... flips and whatnot. -Does not know how to describe it-
Kim and I would be lifting Illish or Hannah. And Michelle would be 'running the play', even though we were just goofing around. She was more or less just there to catch the ball if we missed it. Probably half an hour until our game, somebody had brought these face paint markers. We didn't want to spend the rest of the afternoon being bummed out about OFSAA, so we all decided that it we wanted to go out, knowing that we enjoyed ourselves and became better players because of the experience.
So, we all drew mustaches and beards on ourselves. :3
Rugby Trip: I'm really slow. lol
  • Jun. 21st, 2009 at 11:57 PM
PART TWO. Game day.
I'm a major crab first thing in the morning. Hahaha.
And I am always the first person to wake up. Allllllllwaaaaaaaays. It doesn't matter if you get up at 4 in the morning, I will get up at 3:30. O: <
I don't know why, it's just that when I'm sleeping in a room with other people, I always have to make sure that everybody else is asleep before I am and I need to wake up before them. I don't do it on purpose, it just happens. =/
Anyhow. We had to get up early because our game started at 9:45, or some shiz like that. So I had about three, almost four hours before I really had to do anything important.
Not gonna lie, breakfast was AWESOME, kay? I had like 4563457634 omelettes because they were so damn Godly. Capital G. And I found out that when I go travelling, I need to have Orange Juice. No matter what. I'd say over the whole trip I had about 4 jugs of orange juice at breakfast time. x.x
So, after we had amazing breakfast, it was time to hit the field for practice.
IT WAS FREEZING OUT. >.< But I gave away my hoodie to somebody else because they needed it more than me.
And that day was the day I realised I needed a new hoodie. It's like a circus tent. It's actually pretty big on me as well, but yeah.
Besides how cold it was, we weren't allowed to use the feild for at least 45 minutes. Due to the fact that another game was going on and two other teams were using our field as well. One of them had the same jersey as us. =/ THEY WERE KINDA BITCHY AS WELL, so me and the other Rookies didn't
bother to go say hello to them at all.
But whatever. Our practice was great, having Fred around really motivated us. Mr.Wonderland was kind of worried, but it's a tournament, who wouldn't be worried? All of us were a little scared.
Come game time, we were all ready. We had already started making jokes about the other team. Their school was like, St.Claires or something, but that doesn't matter. What was so damn funny about them was the fact that they had all shown up in the exact same purple track suits. So we had labled them
Team Grape. And they were going to be squished. :3
Of course, we had lost the game, here is why: Team Grape plays Club RUGBY at their school. So they all have insane amount of experience, were our team is fresh with a majority of us being Rookies.  There was no possible way for us to win. On the plus side though, we did score a try on Team Grape.
Through the whole season, only one other team was able to score a try on them. You should have seen how angry their coach was. Hahaha, that was a moment I can't forget.
Anyway, the team was really weak in their scrums, they didn't really push much. Uhm, their Line-outs were a little crooked, but other than that, they played really well. It was a little frustrating though, their team was composed of really fast players. We are used to playing slow. strong teams.
Our team is really powerful, meaning we can take down just about anybody. O:
And we have done it numerous times before.
I'm hoping that next year, our team will be the same, even though our Vets are leaving. Having them at the games would be the greatest honour. <3
We had gone up with the team from our Championships as well. They had lost their game as well. Riding back to our Hotels was a real pleasure, since we all had a story to share. I'm hoping to see them at Champions next year as well.
KAY, so enough of that.
We had gotten off the bus and Bridgette wanted to chill at the mall, so me and Bailey went to chill with her. We ended up getting joined up with Chelsea, Amy R. and Brianna B. We ended up getting split up at BoatHouse, and I had Amy and Brianna's bags, as well as my own. It was like a workout on it's
own. -.-; So I got to carry around and extra 80-95 pounds with me for an hour. hahaha.
We got back to the hotel and I had fun trying to figure out what room was theirs. xD;;
There wasn't really much to do around the hotel when we had gotten back. All the other Rookies had invaded our room.
Joanne, Krystal, Brittany, Christine, Franco, Kim, Bailey, Me, Bridgette...
That's alot of people to fit into a Best Western hotel room. They are facking smaaaaall.
Anyhow, Christine came to visit every once in a while, but she mostly stayed in her room and moped about her boyfriend. Where as Krystal wouldn't shut the fuck up about her boyfriend. -.- Bridgette put an end to that though, when she came to visit. She came to hang with us a few times.
Anyway. After a while, people started leaving. So it was just Me, Kim, Bailey and Franco for a while. The others had gone to pick up some Ballons and marshmallows, and whatever else they decided.
Bailey and I had gotten bored, and fucking HUNGRY because our last meal was at like, 8 in the morning and it was probably around 10 at night now.
So we went to 2 for 1 pizza and talked about who we thought on our team was sexy, what kind of guys we like and all that other girly stuff that I normally don't talk about. :3 Ever.
We also got to chill with two girls on a rugby team called The Cougers. Hot right? I know. ;D
We brought the pizza back to our hotel room and shared it with our two roomies, Kim and Franco. The other girls had already gone back to the hotel about fifteen minutes before us, we saw them walk by.
They weren't in our room though, which I thought was kind of odd. They normally wont leave us alooone. Jokes.
Anyway, Bridgette had gotten back, claiming that the other grad girls were being bitches and she wanted to keep an eye on us. Liar. <3
Franco and Bailey anded up giving Bridgette a massage, and when the other girls came in with Balloons, we had a blast, being idiodic and making fun of each others helium voices. Joanne recorded some of it. In fact, she has a lot of the pictures and videos from the trip. RAWR.
We all hung and had a brief heart to heart for a bit. Then we all had to go back to our room.
<.< Bridgette had left her rub A535. Since the others were too afraid to go bug the seniors, I ended up going to bring it to her. I needed to get some ice anyway. It was hot as balls in our room.
SO! I knock on the door and the girls in there rush to get into their "We weren't doing anything bad" positions, because Whately hadn't checked their room yet. Turns out it was just me. So I give Tiffany the A535 stuff and go along my marry way for some Ice.
When I get back into the room, Bailey forgot that she had Bridgettes spandex. (As a team, we share everything. EVERYTHIIIIIIIIING.) So I knock on the door and Tiffanny politely answers once again and I ask for whatever. Then all you hear is "WHAT DO YOU WAAAAAANT!?" xD That being
Bridgette, I ask for the spandex, they get whipped into my face and I hand Tiffany the other pair. The door ends up getting slammed in my face and Michelle opens the door to her room, takes a look at me, with spandex still on my face and says "You honestly don't understand the concept of staying in
your own room, do you?". She was joking of course, but I was tired and started stuttering excuses. She just gave me her smile and told me to go to bed.
O: SO I DID.
Not really. I went back to my room and we watched videos, laughing at the most random Shiiizzz. Honestly, we basically laughed ourselves to sleep. <3
Oh yeah and the next morning, after breakfast, we were all going to go to practice for our game. Bridgette walks up to me and says "Do you know why I was pissed at you last night?"
I didn't really say anything at first, I just looked in the other direction and sighed. Eventually I looked at her and said "Do I really want to know?"
She smirked at me and gestured for me to move closer. Upon doing so she yelled into my ear "BECAUSE WE WERE WATCHING PORN." XD Roflmao
OMFG.
Okay, I know I was supposed to be doing the "Shit that happend on the Rugby trip" series but yesterday, something uber sinister happend.
That and I'm kind of stalling because I need to figure out what happend on what days we were there. :3
ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNND
I wanna talk about how much I'm a baby, because I've been moping around because the grads are leaving. <3 I loved them.
Okay, so the creepy-ass thing I saw was like, right out of a fucking horror movie. JESUS CHRIST.
I was walking home from the school and it was pretty nice out, until I step into my neighborhood. The coulds decide to cover the sun and make everything seem so damn gloomy. The Roofers were here, doing their business... on the rooves... blasting their music. I turn the corner to my side of the neighborhood when I hear the "Happy Birthday" song being played. I look over and there is an empty stroller, facing somebodies house. I couldn't tell if the stroller was empty or not, so I kind of slowed down, to see if anything was moving. After a moment, I walked into my house. Everything went silent except for the music coming from the stroller. I couldn't even hear the Roofers working. >_< JUST THAT DAMN SONG PLAYING.
I'm assuming I was either hallucinating or the batteries on the stroller were dying, but the song started to play slower until it was just random beeping noises.
It freaked me the hell out.
When I left though, the door to the house was open and there was a woman at the door. I guess things were just fine, but really, if you saw a stroller on it's own, wouldn't you be a little worried about the baby? EVEN IF there wasn't a baby there?
Odd.
OFSAA Rugby trip, part one. <3
I'm posting in separate parts, just to keep everything short. Sorry for
spamming your friends page~ <3
Okay, so. The bus-ride to Belleville was really uneventful. We had watched Night at the Roxbury and I made fun of my "adopted child" Kyrstal for never having seen the movie. xD
After that was over, we sat on the bus for another half-hour or so, singingrandom K-pop/J-pop songs and dancing like idiots in our seats/half disrupting some peoples sleep. One of the seniors on the team, we made fun of for a while because she was reading Cosmo. Mmm, dirty sex tips. ;D
When we had actually gotten to the hotel, that's when things got a little more interesting. There is supposed to be four people in our room, but they didn't show up until the next day.
Anyway! The way we had the room set up was kinda ridculous. Just because we are all girls, we just threw our clothing where ever it happend to land and that would be our spot. The cleaning lady must have hated us, because after the first half-hour, we couldn't really see the floor anymore. -.-;
We spent however long in the hotel watching part of a movie while Bailey org-- I mean, spazzed over how hot a guy was. We had all gotten bored after a while and decided to check out the Pharmacy to get some food for the evening. Mostly JunkFood, but whatever. :)
When we had come back, we all chilled in the Hotel for a bit and decided to pay a visit to our seniors. <3 They were all chilling in the hot tub. Bailey went in with her pants on. -.-; She flashed everybody her boobies by accident when she went to take off her shirt. I love that kid.
We all had gotten hungry and chilled at a Chinese food buffet. I'm not going to say that the food was great, because it really sucked. EVERYBODY EATS REALLY FAST. O_O I was kinda shocked. All of the hosts in the restraunt had the coolest fob accent, but they weren't really happy with the fact that we were such a big group. -.-;
Not much really happend after that. We all hung in our rooms, watched Deadliest warrior, hung with the other Rookies and... Yeah. ^.^ Laughed our asses off when we were supposed to be sleeping.
(If there was more, I'll just, you know, edit it in or something.)
I'm leaving again!
Okay, I was thinking about awesome songs I wanted to learn on guitar.
I heard the song on the radio "Loser" from Beck and realised that a remix of "Survivor" from my favorite group evar (DBSK -DROOL-) sounded pretty similar. o-o Kinda...
(o.< The video I wanted to use had embed disabled, so nyeh.
Okay clearly when I said that I wasn't going to talk about Rugby anymore, I was totally lying. >W>
My last game was on the passed Thursday and I must say, I kicked ass. If I remember correctly, the score was 24-5. TWENTY-FUCKING-FOUR to FIIIIIIIIVE.
I didn't get any goals in, but I held up the play with hard tackles and strong rucks. Sophia approved of my gameplay and she gave me the "Chick of the Match" award. >W< Omfg. Not going to lie,  I didn't even know she was talking about me until she gave me one of her looks.
I thought I played badly though maybe because I wasn't in for the whole match but anyway! Fred was yelling and screaming, as it turns out, it was for somebody else on the field, their name just sounds like mine. -.-
Speaking of Fred, he's really let up on the team. He isn't being as harsh with us as before. Sure, he still yells at us when we can't run a play properly, but yeah. I've noticed that he has started complimenting our skills instead of insulting our flaws. I can appreciate that~ He even said our team plays better than the Womens league for the city. I thought that was hilarious. XD
I'm thinking about joining with the league for a while, just to see how far it takes me.
Tonight, I'm going camping with Leaders For Life.
I'm not really looking forward to it, since usually on trips like this there is always unneeded drama for the lamest things. Especially if that Krista chick shows up. Sometimes I just want to duck tape her mouth shut. o.< HONESTLY, how miserable do you have to be in order to complain about EVERYTHING!?
Example: "Ah, the sky looks amazing!"
Her: "No, the sun is too bright and I hate the colours, see look at that shadew of red, it's just ugly. Psht, I don't even know why we have a sky, it always rains when I want it to be sunny. Clouds are annoying too---"
o-o Okay, maybe that was a bit of an exageration, but you get what  I mean. XD We all have somebody like that. I just learn to put up with it.
I wonder if we are going to go canoeing. <3
Fo' Sho'.
Well, I'm in some pretty hot water.
Was this on Friday? Uh...
:D YES.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not too happy about it, infact, I'm downright infuriated. =/
So, here's the story:
During the past week, I was getting ready for the Rugby tournament in London. On the monday, I had asked my teacher, after class, if I was going to be missing any specific assignments or tests throughout the week. She, of course, said no. (Just watching a movie, but I could rent that.)
The day goes on, I go home and start packing my things for a long-as-hell bus ride and movies. Woo!
I come back on the Thursday night and a friend of mine, in my anthropology class tells me that I missed a unit test and a quiz. =/
Keep following me on this one, here's were it gets good folks. :3
I create this awesome plan of awesomeness for Friday. I show up for practice in the morning, pick up my Anthro books, go home and study for a while, come back for the game and take the rest of the weekend to complete my notes for the unit test.
BRILLIANT, NO? <3
Yeah, that plan got shattered when I got home. )Oh yeah, and I need to sort out my co-op stuff again. XD I'm missing sooooo many hours now.
Rugbeh Tournamennnt~
Okay, so it's official. I'm never going to a Team trip if there aren't any Propsitutions (LOLOLOL) I need a switch at some point DAMMIT. XD
 So, here's the deal. My team qualified for a tournament in London ONTARIO, because we dominate almost everybody in our division, kay? And we all thought that there was going to be enough subsitutes for everybody to play at least once per game. But as time went on people started either quiting the team or not being able to pay for the trip. o-o (Something like that / whatever.)
I thought to myself "Bah, it's okay, we have all the backs and forwards we need. :3 I'll get pulled off~ <3"
xD Fat Chance. There was only two Forward-Props and that was me and Kelly. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!
Come tournament day, we were so tired by the end. I think it's safe to say that we got plent of rest that night. I was actually so tired that I went to bed early. -.-'; AND PEOPLE KEPT WAKING ME UP FOR RETARDED QUESTIONS. "Hey, do you know where blahblah is?" Yes, it's in the fucking bathroom. Go away. "Oh, were you sleeping?" YES. "Want me to turn of the lights?" That would be a brilliant idea, how about you leave the room as well. >=/
I'm never sleeping in the same room as clingy grade nines ever again. xD Fuck that.
Hrm~ Busy week for me. ^.^
SWEET. (Most of this is about Rugby, ftw. Woo~)
Okay, now that I'm done spamming my other account with random Writer's Block; I can go back to being all awesome and stuff on this account.
Okay, so starting tomorrow, I will be a tank-machine of beastliness. For serious here.
Because for the next week, it's going to be straight Rugby. I don't know if my coach is going to play me for full games or sub me out, but whatever. I'm sooooo excited. :'D
Tomorrow, is a home game against Mother Teresa, apparently they aren't that great so I'm not overly worried about it. After that, TUESDAY, we're on our way to London Ontario. So I'm going to be sitting in awkward positions for long periods of time. I'm not sure if we are playing any games on Tuesday, but we are going to have two or three training sessions. Wednesday is when we play like 3464374578 games.(Actually, only about three or four, but when you think about it, how tired are all of us going to be? xD) So we'd have the rest of the day afterwards to rest, go to a dinner and then go to "bed". can somebody tell me what that is!? o.< SLEEP HAS NO PLACE HERE! -Flails-
xD I also found out that we kind of have to find our own meals inbetween breakfast and dinner. My Minor Niners are bringing snacks and some other random stuff, so it's super-chill.
Hrm. I don't think we play any games on Thursday. o-o; I wasn't told so.
After all that though, we have another game on Friday. Which is really facked up because of the fact that my team is going to be playing against Super Tanks (South Carleton) In other words, we're going to play against farmer children. D: THEY BENCH-PRESS COWS AS A HOBBY. It's kinda scary. -.-; BE AFRAID DAMMIT. Jokes jokes, I'm sure that they aren't as hardcore as everybody makes them out to be. I heard a majority of their best players graduated last year...
Saturday (No, it has nothing to do with Rugby~) I have a Dragon Boat Race Practice, which is going to be painful as hell. Sunday = My only day of rest. As it should be. O:<
(If I were a Catholic anyway. xD)
Soooo... Aside from all of that, a friends wants to go  work out with me at the gym and we might go running together.
...
I need new shoes. lmao
Also, here is something random for you to enjoy. :D
BlackJack Attack!
  • May. 5th, 2009 at 8:39 PM
Myes.
So, I have my rugby jersey and stuff...So far we have had two games... The first one we lost, 15-17. THEIR TEAM HAD FECKING GORILLAS ON IT. D: NO JOKE
But this time, we kicked ass against, "one of the best teams in our division." Balls.
I had to play a fully game. =/ That was hardcore and now I'm uber tired and stuff like that. MY NECK AND SHOULDER BACK AREA is in so much pain right now. D: Srs. Watch a game a Rugby and you'll understand why.
I have to lift some girls by their shorts into the sky. I think that's cute. Until they switch and the next chick kicks me in the stomach everytime we lift her. No matter what. Even if I'm in the front. The back is kind of a given, but still, she shouldn't be flailing around like that. -.-
I LOOK LIKE A BOY BECAUSE I HAVE Y HAIR IN CORNROWS.
Laundry. It must be complete. x.x
Goodbye. :'D
-Heart-
